Our Staff
The most important people as far as your children are concerned are our staff, who are all dedicated and caring, with a wealth of experience.
All members of staff are qualified in Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding trained.
Willow Bank Pre-School ensures that either the Manager or a Deputy is present during each session, supported by at least three other members of staff.
We try and keep the adult - child ratio of 1:7 (Ofsted requires a staff : child ratio of 1:8.)

I have been in childcare since 1998 and I have my HNC level 4 in Childcare and Level 3 Senco.
My name is Amber and I am the Deputy Manager. I am the Deputy SENCO and Deputy Safeguarding.
I have been in childcare since 2014 and hold a NVQ Level 4 in Early Years.
